  • Congratulations to the Class of 2021!

    Scholarships:
On May 5, PHS hosted our annual GENTX signing day where seniors signed their letters of intent to attend the post-secondary institutions of their choice. Our students have received acceptance letters from the armed forces, technical schools, colleges and universities to continue their plans for success after high school. With scholarships, it is like the election results night: with only 50 seniors reporting in so far, they have already been awarded over 677 thousand dollars’ worth of scholarship money from institutions and groups other than our local presenters this evening. We cannot wait to find out what the total is when the year is done. Our local scholarships represented here this evening are awarding over 31 thousand dollars. The support of this community in continuing to award scholarships is phenomenal.

    Performance Acknowledgements:
Performance Acknowledgements (including successfully completing a dual credit class (46 represented in this class), Bilingualism and Biliteracy in two or more languages (15 in this class), a score of a 3 or above on a College Board Advanced Placement Examination (17 in this class), College Readiness Performance on the ACT earning a composite score of 28 or above (2 in this class), and our many various Business and Industry Certifications/Licenses from our Career and Technical Courses including Welding, CNA, Microsoft Office Applications, Floral Design, and Adobe of which all together there is a total of 107 students have earned certifications, with some students earning multiple certifications.

    ¡Felicitaciones a la promoción 2021!

    Becas:
