Hello Plainview High School Class of 2020!
West Texas Graduation Services/Herff Jones is excited to offer parents/students the opportunity to drive-up and pick up caps & gowns/announcements/senior apparel on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1, 2020 from 11:30am-1:45pm. This option is completely voluntary and not required. If you do not pick up your items, they will be safe and held for the in-school delivery scheduled when school opens (date not determined at this time). Your collars will not be delivered at this time. Those will be delivered at a later date.

How will it work?
Arrive times by the first letter in your LAST NAME:
A-GA 11:30 to 12:15
GB-O 12:15 to 1:00
P-Z 1:00 to 1:45
All vehicles will need to enter at the appropriate entrance to the front of the school. The line will form heading West (down W. 16th Street).
Place a notebook size sheet of paper with your student's name on it in your dash on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Someone from our office approach your vehicle and check your student’s name to get the order ready. We are hopeful to keep the line moving through this process.
PLEASE PAY YOUR BALANCE PRIOR to delivery (see below) so we can move the line quickly and limit the time of transactions. If your balance is not paid or you have questions about your order, we will ask you to pull into a parking spot so we can help you. We are unable to determine the wait time on this option.

Email our office by March 31st if you want/need to have someone else pick-up your items on your behalf. We will not be able to release any items to a person that does not have permission to do so.
Write your student’s name on a notebook size piece of paper in very large writing to be ready to place in your dash on the passenger side.
Please be patient! This process is new for all of us and we will work quickly to expedite the line.
Please do not get out of your vehicle!
Please do not come if you are feeling bad!
Option for shipment:
If a parent/student would like to receive their items via mail, we are glad to package and mail them. For this request, the standard shipping cost would be added to your order. Please call our office for this request.
Can I still place an order?
Yes! Please go online to www.westtexasgrad.com to order.
We will do our best to package the items in stock for delivery next Wednesday (must order by March 31st at 12:00pm).
