Apply Texas is webiste where students can research and apply to public Texas colleges. It allows you to not have to start from scratch with each application, you copy an existing applicaton, and submit to other schools.

COMMON APP
With instant access to more than 800 colleges and universities around the world, the Common App is the most seamless way to manage the application process. This app would be great to use if you are applying to both in and out of state institutions.

FAFSA
Before each year of college, apply for federal grants, work-study, and loans with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form. Your college uses your FAFSA data to determine your federal aid eligibility. Many states and colleges use FAFSA data to award their own aid. After submission, you’ll receive your Student Aid Report.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
- UT Austin Automatic Admission Policy – The University has determined that it will automatically admit all eligible summer/fall 2022 and spring 2023 freshman applicants who rank within the top six percent (6%) of their high school graduating classes, with remaining spaces to be filled through holistic review. This remains unchanged since the last school year.
- New Mexico Junior College - Texas students now qualify for in-state tuition at New Mexico Junior College. This means that the courses would cost $78 per credit hours (including tuition and fees).
